By David A. F. Sweet Lindsay Signa is the manager of Lux Lane Boutique, which opened on Feb. 6 this year. Situated on Deerpath Road, the store offers women’s clothing, bags, jewelry and more. Lake Forest Love was able to catch up with Signa recently to ask her why the store stands out, what’s the most popular item she sells and more. Why did you start your business?
Our owner started this boutique to create a space that combines style, comfort, and functionality. She noticed a gap in the market for high-quality athleisure that caters to both fitness enthusiasts and everyday lifestyles, and she wanted to provide a unique shopping experience that reflects that.

One is when a customer came in looking for an outfit for her first yoga class. After helping her find the perfect ensemble, she returned to share how much she loved it and how it boosted her confidence. It’s moments like these that remind me of the impact we can have.
