Scouts' sailors are all smiles after a fanastic performance in the national championships.
The St. Petersburg, Fla. regatta initially posed a challenge for the team. On Saturday, faced with light winds of only five knots, the sailors struggled, securing the eighth place out of nine boats. Sunday brought in gusts reaching up to 17 knots, a setting that played to the strengths of the Scouts. They won four out of five races. Their ability to navigate these challenging winds was exceptional and played a pivotal role in their extraordinary turnaround.
